  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the property. If you smoke outside please use the ashtrays provided.​

  • Please notify us if you'd like to add any guests to your rental agreement, since everyone must be locally registered. Please no "extras"

  • No pets please, for the vines' sake as much as yours. It's open agricultural land, not a fenced yard

​​

  • Quiet hours after midnight. No large parties unless a special arrangement is made with your hosts.

  • The pool is unsupervised & not fenced. Please watch your children.

​

  • Use plastic by the pool. You will find glassware, plates & platters in the outdoor kitchen drawers.

  • No illegal drug use is permitted anywhere on the property.

  • We understand accidents can happen. Please report any damage right away so we can repair or replace the damaged item.
